Tip # 2: Strength Train with Resistance Bands

Resistance bands are a great way to strength train at home with minimal equipment. They are also affordable and versatile, making them a great option for those new to strength training.

Wesley Virgin recommends using resistance bands to perform exercises like bicep curls, tricep extensions, and shoulder presses. “Not only will these exercises help you build muscle, but they will also improve your posture and reduce your risk of injuries.”

Tip # 3: Get Moving with Cardio

Cardiovascular exercise is a great way to get your heart rate up and improve your overall fitness. Wesley Virgin recommends starting with 30 minutes of cardio 3-5 times per week.
