African Mango, the Weight-Loss Supplement Everyone’s Talking About

If you’re like most consumers, you’re bombarded with news and ads about the latest weight-loss supplements on the market, including the most recent, African Mango. But does it work, or is it another marketing plea designed to snatch your money?

While there is no magic weight-loss pill on the market, African Mango comes pretty close to matching the definition of one. According to a clinical study conducted by scientists at the University of Yaoundé in Africa, African Mango “safely and significantly reduces body weight in overweight and/or obese subjects.”

The study revealed that men and women who took pure African Mango three times a day lost an average of more than 5 percent of their original body weight. The study also revealed that African Mango can help shrink waist and hip size and lower bad cholesterol levels.

But perhaps what is most alluring about the clinical study is that people who took pure African Mango three times a day lost the weight in 28 days with no dietary changes. This means that you can eat and drink whatever your heart desires and still lose weight.

As of now, studies have shown no undesirable side effects. However, always make sure you consult your doctor before taking any new supplements.
